Romney Court is a large apartment complex in Shepherd's Bush, London, containing more than
75 residential apartments.
The requirement was for a cast iron soil system as part of a large refurbishment project.
Hargreaves' Traditional Express (TX) push fit soil system was chosen for the refurbishment. The traditional look of the system was well suited to the building, and the push fit socketed pipes & fittings offered substantial time & labour savings during installation compared to a more traditional caulked system.
The order was placed by Travis Perkins Wimbledon,
and we delivered to their yard.
Over 500 metres of pipe (supplied in both 3 & 1.8 metre lengths)
were required, as well as over 600 push fit couplings and 50 bespoke
made-to-order branches, all supplied in a standard full gloss finish.
